UnCage takes place after Labor Day when the vibe changes to a more relaxed pace, with weather that can be like summer or fall, but gorgeous, nonetheless. Festival goers enjoy being outdoors strolling from venue to venue through an array of art vendors filling the streets. Food options are plentiful throughout the day.
The festival kicks off with a beautiful water blessing over the bay, a time to honor and give thanks for these precious waters, followed by a procession to the festival center where music and dance performances begin.
Leelanau UnCaged is free to festival goers thanks to the generous donations from businesses and patrons.
Alden Sunset Market
Shop the market for fruits, veggies, eggs, coffee, baked goods, and unique gifts in downtown Alden every Thursday from 2pm until 7pm. Catch a gorgeous sunset on Torch Lake as we close while listening to some music.

This event has both indoor and outdoor booths featuring art, crafts, food and more. 4th annual and bigger and better. Shop for unique art, interesting crafts, harvest item, pumpkins, mums and more. $10 VIP admission includes VIP barn-side parking. $3 general admission with make & take florals, charcuterie boards and candles for additional fee.

Every Monday starting May 26th, join us on the lawn from noon until 7pm for the Honey Bee Market! Local crafters, artisans, farmers and makers will be out selling their goods. Grab a drink and something to eat and support these local entrepreneurs.
Torch Lake Labor Day Art & Craft Show
Back for the 6th year and one of our most popular events in Northern Michigan. Last of the summer fun as they say!
Open Saturday & Sunday 10am to 5pm and Monday 10am to 3pm.
Artists, crafters and makers will delight and dazzle with their newest creations. Fan favorites will be back along with fresh, new talent.
