Downtown TC Art Fair
New and expanded dates for the Downtown Art Fair, during Mural Festival: Sept 13-14
Join us for a weekend of art, creativity, and community at the Downtown Art Fair, now taking place September 13-14 in Rotary Square. We’ve moved the traditional fair date to overlap with the inaugural Mural Festival, hosted by the Traverse City Arts Commission. Watch public art unfold with live mural painting throughout the NoBo neighborhood in the Eighth Street corridor.
Event Dates: Saturday & Sunday, September 13 (10am-6pm) & 14 (10am-4pm)

This event has both indoor and outdoor booths featuring art, crafts, food and more. 4th annual and bigger and better. UnCage takes place after Labor Day when the vibe changes to a more relaxed pace, with weather that can be like summer or fall, but gorgeous, nonetheless. Festival goers enjoy being outdoors strolling from venue to venue through an array of art vendors filling the streets. Food options are plentiful throughout the day.
The festival kicks off with a beautiful water blessing over the bay, a time to honor and give thanks for these precious waters, followed by a procession to the festival center where music and dance performances begin.
Leelanau UnCaged is free to festival goers thanks to the generous donations from businesses and patrons.
